On the occasion of Father's Day and in anticipation of the 4th birthday of the national campaign "Read to Me", UNICEF and Mall of Split are organizing a "Story Reading Room" for children and parents, which will be held on Sunday, March 19, 2017 at 11:30 a.m. on the central square of the Mall of Split.

Dad and actor of the Croatian National Theatre Split, Mijo Jurišić, will participate in the program, who will read stories from the UNICEF picture book "UNICEF is for Children" , which was published on the occasion of the celebration of UNICEF's 70th birthday, in this interactive "storytelling". Ballerinas and ballet dancers of the Ballet Studio of the CNT Split will show us that books and ballet go well together, and the program will be hosted by the actress of the CNT Split, Zorana Kačić.

We invite all interested fathers to come to the "Story Reading Room" together with their children and to read to their children as often as possible, because in this way they stimulate the overall cognitive development of the child at an early age and create a special emotional connection with the children.
