We will collect and further process your personal data only if you provide it to us voluntarily. You can visit our website at www.mallofsplit.hr (hereinafter: Website) and use related technologies without having to tell us who you are or without disclosing your personal information to us.

By using the Website, you accept this Policy in its entirety. If you do not accept this Policy, or any of its provisions, please do not access the Website, i.e. do not fill out any registration forms for submitting your personal data to us.

Mall of Split Newsletter


If you wish to receive the newsletter offered on our Website, we need your e-mail address. Additional data is also collected (name and surname, street, city, country, telephone). An e-mail address and first and last name are required to subscribe to our newsletter. We use these personal data exclusively to provide you with the requested information and information offers and do not forward them to third recipients, except for our processors.

We process the aforementioned personal data on the basis of your consent, i.e. the consent you express by providing your personal data by entering them into the registration form for receiving our newsletter, in accordance with Article 6 (1) (a) of the GDPR and Article 107 of the GDPR. of the Electronic Communications Act. You can withdraw your consent to receive the newsletter and the corresponding processing of your personal data at any time, using the "Unsubscribe" link contained in each newsletter issue. In doing so, you do not affect the lawfulness of the processing before the withdrawal of consent.

To send you the newsletter, we use the MailChimp application provided by the American company The Rocket Science Group LLC d/b/a Mailchimp (hereinafter: Mailchimp) from the state of Georgia. More information about Mailchimp and their services is available on their website: www.mailchimp.com.

We use the MailChimp application to organize and analyze the sending of newsletters. Your personal data that you have provided to us when signing up for our newsletter is transferred to Mailchimp on the basis of Standard Contractual Clauses that ensure an adequate level of personal data protection in accordance with the decision of the European Commission within the meaning of the provision of Article 46 (2) (c) of the GDPR. If you do not want us to forward your personal data to Mailchimp for processing in the manner described and for the stated purposes, please do not sign up to receive the newsletter or you should unsubscribe via the "Unsubscribe" link contained in each edition of the newsletter.

We store your personal data that we process in connection with sending you our newsletter until you unsubscribe from the newsletter, after which the data will be permanently deleted. Network server logs


As part of the management of the Website, we maintain and monitor the use by recording the so-called logs of the network server.
