Article 1 ORGANIZER
1.1. The organizer of the prize contest entitled "Mall takes you to Ultra!", hereinafter referred to as the Contest, is the Mall of Split shopping center, i.e. the business entity Centar Split d.o.o. (Address: Slavonska avenija 50, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 32138464586), hereinafter referred to as the Organizer.
1.2. Facebook is in no way connected with the organization and implementation of the contest and has no liability in the event of any disputes.

Article 2 Duration and purpose of the competition
2.1. The competition is held in the period from July 5 to July 13 with an end at 11:59 p.m.
2.2. The Prize Contest is organized for the purpose of promoting the Organizer.

Article 3 Rules
3.1. The rules of the Contest are published on pages www.facebook.com/MallOfSplit and www.mallofsplit.hr.

Article 4 How to participate
4.1. In order to participate, it is necessary to answer a question or task posted on the Facebook page of Mall of Split within the period defined in Article 2. The first task is set on July 5 (the announcement of the 5 winners is on July 6), the second task is set on July 7 (the announcement of the 5 winners is on July 9), the third task is set on July 10 (the announcement of the 5 winners is on July 11), the fourth task is set on July 12 (the announcement of the two winners is on July 14).
4.2. Another way to participate is in the contest on the Instagram page of Mall of Split. On the Organizer's announcement on their Instagram page, the competitors respond to the task by publishing their photo with the appropriate keywords (hashtags). The ten, according to the decision of the jury, the most creative authors who upload their photos by July 13 at 11:59 p.m., will receive one prize each.
4.3. The winners of the prize competition will be determined by a jury composed of employees of the Organizer.

Article 5 Right to participate
5.1. Employees of the Organizer and their family members cannot participate in the Contest.
5.2. Persons over 18 years of age can participate in the Competition.

Article 6 Disqualification
6.1. The Organizer reserves the right to disqualify participants at any time during the Contest, in the following cases: - if the participant violates these rules - if the participant's answer is not in accordance with the theme of the Contest - if the user's answer is offensive or vulgar content, there are public figures or persons who have not given their consent to apply for the Contest - if the participant's answer in any way expresses (or belittles others) religious or political beliefs - if The comment shows content that does not comply with the laws of the Republic of Croatia.

Article 7 Awards
7.1. The prize fund consists of 40 (forty) three-day tickets for the Ultra Europe festival.
7.2. Participants in this Contest are not entitled to claim a prize other than those specified in these rules.
7.3. Prizes can be picked up at the shopping center until 15.07.2016 upon presentation of an identity card or other identification document.
7.4. Prizes cannot be exchanged for other products or services, nor can they be transferred to another person.

Article 8 Results of the Competition and Collection of the Award
8.1. The names of the winners who win prizes via Facebook will be published on the Facebook page of the Mall of Split in order: July 6 for the first assignment
July 9 for the second assignment
July 11 for the third task
July 14 for the fourth task

8.2. The names of the winners who win prizes via Instagram will be published on the Instagram page of Mall of Split on July 14.
8.3. If any of the selected winners has published a status under a pseudonym, they are obliged to leave their full name and surname in the Organizer's inbox on Instagram or Facebook in order to collect the prize.
8.4. If the winners do not respond within 24 hours of posting the notification of the won prize, the winner loses the right to the prize and it is awarded to the next placed and so on until the winner responds within 24 hours of placing the notification
8.5. By accepting the prize, all obligations of the Contest Organizer towards the winner cease.
8.6. The Winner agrees that his/her name shall be included in accordance with paragraph 1 and paragraph 1. 2 of this Article.

Article 9 Protection of personal data
9.1. By participating in the Prize Competition, the participants agree to the publication of their data and authorize the Organizer to use their answers, personal data and photographs, without the right to compensation, for the purpose of public announcement of the results of the prize competition, both during the award ceremony and in the publication of reports or similar materials related to the prize competition, as well as the communication of marketing activities of Mall of Split.

Article 10 Termination of the tender
10.1. The Contest may be terminated only in the event of circumstances for which the Organizer is not responsible, i.e. which it could not prevent, eliminate or avoid, in which case it is released from all possible obligations towards the participants.

Article 11 Acceptance of the rules
11.1. The Contest Participant accepts the rights and obligations from these Rules.
11.2. The Organizer reserves the right to change these Rules. 11.3. The organizer will notify the participants of the changes in the rules by posting on the Facebook page www.facebook.com/MallOfSpliti on the www.mallofsplit.hr

Article 12 Rule Interpreter
12.1. The main interpreter of these rules is the Contest Organizer.

Article 13 Jurisdiction
13.1. The Contracting Parties agree that they will try to resolve all possible mutual disputes arising from this Ordinance amicably, if this is not possible, they shall agree to the jurisdiction of the Commercial Court in Zagreb.
