Rules of the creative prize competition "To school with Sport VIsion"
Article 1
The organizer of the creative prize competition called "To school with Sport Vision" is Mejaši prvi d.o.o., Josipa Jovića 93, Split, OIB: 49368232868 in cooperation with Sport Vision d.o.o., Ulica Bani 75, 10000 Zagreb, OIB: 30098672140.
Article 2
Right to participate: All residents of the Republic of Croatia aged 18 and over can participate in the creative prize competition. One participant can participate with only one comment to prevent spamming. Directors, managers, employees, as well as family members of employees of Mejaši Prva d.o.o. and Sport Vision d.o.o. cannot participate in the prize competition. If you have any inquiries related to this promotion, please contact: Mejaši prvi d.o.o., Josipa Jovića 93, Split.
Article 3
The promotional period for this creative prize competition starts on August 27, 2024 and ends on September 1, 2024. All entries must be completed by 11:59 p.m. on the closing date. After the end date of the creative prize competition, requests/applications will no longer be accepted.
Article 4
The creative prize competition will take place on the official Instagram profile of the Mall of Split shopping center.
Article 5
How to participate:
The creative prize contest is held by posting comments on the post "To school with Sport Vision" on the official profile of the Mall of Split on the social network Instagram. Everyone who does the following during the period of the prize game has the right to participate:
- follow the Instagram profile @mallofsplit and @sportvisionhrvatska
- make a creative comment by continuing the sentence "When you think of the first day of school, you think of..... ''
Article 6
Three (first, second and third place) prizes have been secured for this creative prize competition. The prizes are:
- place Chamion package (complete tracksuit, sneakers and backpack)
- place Sport Vision gift voucher in the amount of 70 EUR
- place Sport Vision gift voucher in the amount of 50 EUR
Article 7
The winners will be drawn by a three-member commission of TC - Mall of Split.
Article 8
The announcement of the winners will take place on September 2, 2024. The winners will be announced on the Mall of Split website, and in the comment section of the Instagram post of the creative prize competition.
Article 9
Winners will be contacted by direct message to verify their personal information and arrange a date for collecting the prize. The prize is picked up at the Sport Vision store inside the Mall of Split shopping center. The award can be claimed from September 3, 2024 to September 8, 2024. After this date, the winners lose the right to claim the prizes. The winners of the creative prize competition must present an identity document when collecting the prize, in order to ensure identification.
Article 10
Disclaimer: The organizer and the associate are not responsible for the participants who participate in this creative prize competition. The Organizer and the Associate are not responsible for entries that are not successfully executed due to a technical error of any kind (including, but not limited to, technical interruption of the website or crash of the website). The Organizer and the Associate shall not be liable for any loss, expense or damage resulting from the negligence of any person in connection with this Creative Prize Contest or the acceptance or use of the Prize.
Article 9
Transferability and/or Exchange: The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation. Each participant is responsible for the accuracy of their data entry. If the participant provides incomplete or incorrect information, the participant will forfeit the prize. No money or any other form of compensation will be provided.
Article 10
Sales: Prizes may not be sold for commercial gain in any way, including, but not limited to, online auction websites. If the organizer and the associate become aware that any prize won is available for sale, bought or sold, they reserve the right to refuse to recognize the right to the prize won.
Article 11
If for any reason this Contest cannot be run as planned, or there is any reason beyond the Organizer's control that damages or affects the administration, safety, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Contest, the Organizer and the Associate may, in their sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, and the Conditions of Entry, or cancel any affected items.
Article 12
Mejaši prvi d.o.o. reserves the right to disqualify any participant who has not complied with the rules of the prize game. Any attempt at fraud or abuse will be disqualified, as well as any attempt to redeem prizes, automated entries, or provide false or incorrect information. In the event of any dispute regarding the implementation of the prize game, the decision of Mejaši prvi d.o.o. is final.
Article 13
By requesting the prize, the participants confirm that the company Mejaši prvi d.o.o. can retain and update their data as well as the information on the delivery address that they have submitted, exclusively for the purpose of conducting a creative prize competition. Participants confirm that Mejaši Prva d.o.o. is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of prizes. After receiving the award, all liability of Mejaši prvi d.o.o. ceases. By entering this creative prize competition, participants accept that the winner's personal data will be provided to the Sport Vision store, solely to facilitate the delivery of the prize.
Article 14
By participating in this creative prize competition, participants agree that their data and materials are used exclusively for the purpose of organizing and conducting the creative prize competition, since they are necessary for the selection and contacting of the winners, as well as the verification of the fulfillment of the conditions of the competition and the announcement of the prize winner.
