Prize Contest "Mall 360 Video Booth" (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion")

Article 1

The organizer/promoter of the promotion called "Mall 360 Video Booth" is Mejaši prvi d.o.o., Josipa Jovića 93, Split. OIB: 49368232868

Article 2

Eligibility to participate: All residents of the Republic of Croatia aged 18 and over can participate in the promotion. Directors, managers and employees of Mejaši Prva d.o.o., as well as agencies or other companies related to this promotion, are not eligible to participate in the promotion. If you have any inquiries related to this promotion, please contact: Mejaši prvi d.o.o., Josipa Jovića 93, Split.

Article 3

The promotional period for this promotion starts on March 4, 2023 and ends on March 5, 2023. All entries must be completed by 11:59 p.m. on the closing date. After the end date of the promotion, claims/entries will no longer be accepted.

Article 4

How to participate:

The prize contest is held by recording a video inside the Mall of Split shopping center and through the Mall of Split Instagram page. Everyone who does the following during the period of the prize game has the right to participate:
- follow @mallofsplit Instagram profile
- record yourself on the 360 Video Booth installation located on the ground floor of the Mall of Split
-download the video on your device
- post a video on the Instagram social network with the tag #mallslavi

Article 5

The prize for this promotion is a gift voucher from the Mall of Split shopping center worth 200.00 euros. The award is given to the one who fulfills all the set steps, and will be selected through a three-member commission of the Management of the Mall of Split center. Three prizes are awarded to the three best videos that meet the above conditions.

Article 6

The announcement of the award winners will be held on March 8, 2023.
The winners will be announced on the Mall of Split website.

Article 7

Winners will be contacted by direct message in their inbox to verify their personal information and arrange a date to collect the prize. The award is collected at the info desk of the Mall of Split shopping center

After the name of the winner is announced, the winner is required to contact the inbox of the Mall of Split Instagram page within 24 hours and send personal information. Participants in the prize game – winners – accept the obligation to publish their names and surnames for the needs of the organizer of the prize game.

Article 8

Disclaimer: The Promoter is not responsible for participants participating in this Promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are not successfully completed due to a technical error of any kind (including, but not limited to, technical interruption of the Website or crash of the Website). The Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion shall not be liable for any loss, expense or damage resulting from the negligence of any person in connection with this Promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize.

Article 9

Transferability and/or Exchange: The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation. Each participant is responsible for the accuracy of their data entry. If the participant provides incomplete or incorrect information, the participant will forfeit the prize. No money or any other form of compensation will be provided. Prizes are subject to availability, and if these items are no longer available, Mejaši prvi d.o.o. reserves the discretionary right to replace it with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

Article 10

Sales: Prizes may not be sold for commercial gain in any way, including, but not limited to, online auction websites. If the Promoter becomes aware that any Prize won is available for sale, purchase or sale, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to recognise any Prize won.

Article 11

If for any reason this Promotion cannot be run as planned, or there is any reason beyond the control of the Promoter/Promoter that damages or affects the administration, safety, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, and the Conditions of Entry, or void any affected items.

Article 12

Mejaši prvi d.o.o. reserves the right to disqualify any participant who has not complied with the rules of the prize game.  Any attempt at fraud or abuse will be disqualified, as well as any attempt to redeem prizes, automated entries, or provide false or incorrect information. In the event of any dispute regarding the implementation of the Promotion or the prize, the decision of Mejaši prvi d.o.o. is final.

Article 13

By requesting the award, the participants confirm that the company Mejaši prvi d.o.o.  may retain and update their information as well as the delivery address information provided by them, solely for the purpose of administering the Promotion. Participants confirm that Mejaši Prva d.o.o. is not responsible for any delays in the delivery of prizes. After receiving the award, all liability of Mejaši prvi d.o.o. ceases. By entering this promotion, participants agree that the winner's personal information will be provided to the info desk of TC Mall of Split, solely to facilitate the delivery of the prize.

Article 14

By participating in this prize competition, participants agree that their data and materials are used exclusively for the purpose of organizing and conducting the prize competition, since they are necessary for the selection and contacting of the winners, as well as the verification of the fulfillment of the conditions of the competition and the announcement of the prize winner.
