Rules for participating in the game of skill – "Mall of Split in the spirit of the 70s"  

Article 1

The organizer of the game is Mejaši prvi d.o.o. Josipa Jovića 93, Split, OIB 49368232868, (hereinafter: the Organizer), and it will take place on the Facebook page of Mall of Split www.mallofsplit.hr for the purpose of promoting the sponsor Mall of Split (hereinafter: Sponsor).

Article 2

By these Rules (hereinafter: the Rules), the Organizer defines the rules of participation in the prize game (hereinafter: the Game). 

Article 3

The purpose of the Game is to achieve promotional effects for the Sponsor and the Organizer.

Article 4

The game will be realized in the period from Wednesday, December 5, to Sunday, December 13, 2018. age.

Article 5

These Rules ensure the equality of all participants in the Game and the equal possibility of winning after meeting the conditions prescribed by these Rules.

Article 6

The prize game includes all natural persons with a residence address in the Republic of Croatia, except for employees of the Organizer and their immediate family, and employees of the Sponsor and their immediate family.
Minors have the right to participate in the prize game in accordance with the law. For a minor, consent must be given by a parent or a person who is authorized to take care of him or her in accordance with the law. Minors can compete in the prize game if they have the explicit consent of their parents or guardians.
According to the law, minors can be prize winners and receive the prize won under the conditions prescribed by law, i.e. if the guardians of the minor winner have accepted the prize, they have thereby expressed their agreement with these Rules, and they will accept it on behalf of the minor.
A possible multiple application of the same person may result in only one-time participation. One person can only win one prize. The prize is non-transferable to another person.

Article 7

By participating in the Game, participants accept the rules set forth in these Rules and allow their stories, application data, audio recordings and the like to be published on the www.mallofsplit.hr website, on the Facebook and Instagram channels of the Mall of Split. Participants agree that their entries and data will be published on third party websites, websites and social media pages of the Sponsor. The Participants of the Game agree, without exception, that the Organizer may use the data collected within the Game during the next 24 months for the purposes of marketing and promotional activities without any compensation to the Participant.  

Article 8

The game is realized in such a way that its beginning is announced on the Facebook page of Mall of Split. The mechanism of the prize game is that the contestants take a photo with a retro hippie Volkswagen on the ground floor of the center and post the photo on your Facebook page with the obligatory tag @Mall of Split or post it on the Mall of Split Facebook page in the comments of this post. The game takes place over 9 different days, in the period from December 5, 2018 to December 13, 2018, where at the end of 9 days a winner is selected, who together with his friend will win 4 gifts listed below. The winner is selected with the help of a four-member committee.
The winners (people who win the prize) are those people who have been selected by the committee at their own discretion to have the best photos.

Article 9

The gift fund consists of 4 (four) prizes, 4 books by Paulo Coelho "Hippie" with a hippie bag and badges. All gifts are provided by the Sponsor. The presentation of gifts to the winners will be realized in a timely manner, in such a way that the basic goals of the Game are met to the maximum.

Article 10

The winners pick up the gifts upon presentation of a legally valid identification document, which is identical to the information provided by the competitor in the application when winning the prize.
A gift cannot be exchanged for monetary compensation. At the moment of receiving the gift, i.e. by signing the acceptance of the gift, all further obligations of the Organizer of the Game towards the Winner cease.
Winners are obliged to collect the gift no later than thirty days after the end of the Game. The Organizer is not responsible if the winner does not meet the criteria for the use of the gift, and such explanations do not qualify for a change of gift. In the event that the winner does not collect the gift within thirty days, he loses the right to claim the same.

In the event of circumstances for which the Organizer is not responsible, i.e. which it could not have foreseen, eliminated or avoided (force majeure), the Organizer may temporarily or permanently terminate the Game and inform the public accordingly.

Article 12

By participating in the Game, each participant accepts the above rights and obligations from these Regulations. In the event of a possible dispute, the jurisdiction of the Municipal Court in Split is determined.

Article 13

This Ordinance enters into force on the day of its publication on the www.mallofsplit.hr website, and its validity lasts until the fulfillment of all provisions provided for in individual articles of the Ordinance.
