RULES OF THE PRIZE CONTEST

"Like, Tag & Win Suunto 3 Fitness" Contest (hereinafter referred to as the "Promotion")

Article 1

The organizer of the prize game called "Like, tage & Win Suunto 3 Fitness" is Polleo Adria d.o.o., Zagreb, Samoborska cesta 134, OIB: 12791380945.

Article 2

Eligibility to participate: All residents of the Republic of Croatia aged 18 and over can participate in the promotion. Directors, managers and employees, as well as immediate family members of directors, managers and employees of Polleo Adria d.o.o., as well as agencies or other companies related to this promotion, cannot participate in the promotion. If you have any inquiries related to this promotion, please contact: Polleo Adria d.o.o., Samoborska cesta 134, Zagreb.

Article 3

The promotional period for this promotion starts at 5:00 p.m. on October 11, 2019 and ends at 11:59 p.m. on October 19, 2019. All requests/applications must be completed by 11:59 p.m. on the closing date. After the end date of the promotion, claims/entries will no longer be accepted.

Article 4

How to participate:
The prize game is held through the Mall of Split Facebook page. Everyone who likes the Polleo Sport Facebook page on the post for the prize game during the period of the prize game and tags at least one friend in the comment has the right to participate.

Article 5

The prize for this promotion is Suunto 3 Fitness (the total retail value of the prize is HRK 1599.00). The prize is given to the one who completes all the given steps, and will be selected via the Woobox application.

Article 6

The announcement of the award winners will be held on Monday, October 21, 2019 at 12 noon. The prize is given to the one who completes all the given steps, and we will choose him through the Woobox application.
The name of the winner will be published on the Facebook page of Mall of Split.

Article 7

After the name of the winner is announced, the winner is required to contact the inbox of the Mall of Split Facebook page within 24 hours and send personal information. Participants in the prize game – winners – accept the obligation to publish their names and surnames for the needs of the organizer of the prize game.

Article 8

Disclaimer: The Promoter is not responsible for participants participating in this Promotion. The Promoter is not responsible for entries that are not successfully completed due to a technical error of any kind (including, but not limited to, technical interruption of the Website or crash of the Website). The Promoter and the agencies and companies associated with this Promotion shall not be liable for any loss, expense or damage resulting from the negligence of any person in connection with this Promotion or the acceptance or use of the prize, except for any liability which cannot be excluded by law (including personal injury or death caused by negligence and fraud) in which case such liability shall be limited to the minimum extent permitted by law.

Article 9

Transferability and/or Exchange: The prize is not transferable or exchangeable and cannot be exchanged for cash or any other form of compensation. Each participant is responsible for the accuracy of their data entry. If the participant provides incomplete or incorrect information, the participant will forfeit the prize. No money or any other form of compensation will be provided. Prizes are subject to availability, and if these items are no longer available, Polleo Adria reserves the discretion to replace the same with an alternative prize of equal or greater value.

Article 10

Sales: Prizes may not be sold for commercial gain in any way, including, but not limited to, online auction websites. If the Promoter becomes aware that any Prize won is available for sale, purchase or sale, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to recognise any Prize won.

Article 11

If for any reason this Promotion is not able to run as planned, or there is any reason beyond the control of the Promoter that damages or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Promotion, the Promoter may, in its sole discretion, cancel, terminate, modify or suspend the Promotion, and the conditions of entry or void any affected items.

Article 12

One person can enter only one e-mail address. Bulk, automated, machine-assisted, third-party entries, group entries, or multiple recurring requests from the same household are not accepted. Polleo Adria d.o.o. reserves the right to disqualify any participant who has not complied with the rules of how to enter an e-mail address. If any participant does not comply with these e-mail address entry conditions, the application will be rejected. Any attempt to enter multiple email addresses in an attempt to fraud or abuse will be disqualified, as well as an attempt to redeem prizes, automated entries, or provide false or incorrect information. In the event of any dispute regarding the implementation of the Promotion or the prize, the decision of Polleo Adria d.o.o. is final.

Article 13

By requesting the prize, participants confirm that Polleo Adria d.o.o. may retain and update their data as well as the information on the delivery address they have provided, solely for the purpose of conducting the Promotion. Participants confirm that Polleo Adria d.o.o. is not responsible for non-delivery of prizes to those participants who have provided an incorrect or incomplete address and that Polleo Adria d.o.o. will not be responsible for any delays in the delivery of prizes. Deliveries will not be made to addresses outside the Republic of Croatia. After the delivery of the prize, all liability of Polleo Adria d.o.o. ceases. By entering this promotion, participants agree that personal information is provided to a third party solely to facilitate the delivery of the prize.
